To provide passwordless, highly secure, and seamless login experiences, we utilize WhatsApp Cloud API Authentication.

One-Time Passwords (OTP): Used exclusively to verify your mobile number during account login and checkout.
Transactional Notifications: Automated order confirmation, live shipment tracking, dispatch updates, and invoice receipts sent via WhatsApp.
Opt-In & Opt-Out: Promotional WhatsApp updates are only sent if you have explicitly opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or managing your communication preferences in your Account Settings.
