By creating an account or purchasing on The Dastak, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and delivery details. Authentication codes delivered via WhatsApp or Email must remain confidential.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is deemed accepted once you receive our automated Order Confirmation notification containing your unique Order Number. The Dastak reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unforeseen stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or suspected unauthorized/fraudulent activity.
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. We strive for complete accuracy; in the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we will notify you prior to dispatch and offer the option to confirm or cancel the order.
We accept payments through standard online methods including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and select Wallets via our secured payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes and order value thresholds. All online transactions must be authorized successfully prior to shipment.
