Shipping, Returns & Refunds

1. Shipping & Delivery

We take pride in packaging each artisanal piece with multi-layer shock-absorbent cushioning and eco-friendly protective materials. We offer pan-India shipping covering over 26,000+ PIN codes via premier express courier partners (Shiprocket, BlueDart, Delhivery).

• Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders or orders above the threshold specified at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible PIN codes across India.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch Time: In-stock orders are processed, quality-tested, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Estimated Transit Time: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days. Non-metro and regional locations take approximately 5 to 7 business days.
• Live tracking links are sent via WhatsApp and Email as soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier.

3. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before it is handed over to the courier partner for dispatch. To cancel, visit your Account > Orders page or contact support via WhatsApp/Email. If cancelled before dispatch, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately.

4. Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your Dastak artisanal decor pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-Day Return Window from the date of delivery:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, bulbs, accessories, and invoices intact.
• To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@dastak.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order Number.
• We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost for eligible returns.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, shadow pattern, or variant, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Once the original item is collected and verified, the replacement item will be dispatched promptly.

6. Refunds Process & Timelines

Once your returned item arrives at our fulfillment center and passes quality inspection:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refund will be transferred directly to your verified Bank Account or UPI ID within 3 to 5 business days following confirmation.

7. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

In the rare scenario that a product arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs or a short unboxing video along with your Order Number to support@dastak.com or via WhatsApp.
• Our team will immediately process an expedited free replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.
